Lilith- finally grabbed a working link to your blog. What a trial you went through- I guess birth keeps you guessing. I'm just glad everyone is healthy:-)
Lilith amazing but scary birth story must have been such a relief to hear that cry! I too had the cord wrapped around my head at birth. Enjoy your gorgeous lady I hope I feel that sense of contentment to have my little lady in my arms XX
Hope he makes his appearance soon Lala! Very excited for you xo
I feel like I hear about the cord being wrapped around babies necks so frequently. I wonder why it happens. Diella had a short umbilical cord and it did cause some problems during labor but didn't end up wrapping around her neck. The thought is just so scary.
Still pregnant! :( 40 weeks and 1 day now. Never in a million years did I think I would go late the second time around. I've tried every trick in the book- this guy is just stubborn I guess.
Welcome to being pregnant with a boy they're nearly always late coming out! Have you tried raspberry leaf tea?

Awwee lala I feel you. I was 40 weeks and 4 days with my last little guy and it sucked. I tried everything! He also had Maconium from being overdue. So it got complicated. A girlfriend of mine just had a baby at 11 days past due! Crazy how comfy they get in there!
But don't worry she will be here soon..
The best advice I ever got was sex, sex sex. Lol. So uncomfortable at the end of pregnancy but I think that's what brought on my last labour in the end. Oh and a full moon.
Oh god- 11 days past due?! NOOOOOOOOOO. I keep hearing boys stay in longer- so over it. And I know the meconium thing can be an issue with being overdue and I want a water birth so I'm not sure how that would affect that. I just never expected my subsequent pregnancies to go longer than the first. Live and learn I guess. Daisymoo I am drinking it daily. I also have been eating pineapple and walking and squats daily, sex as often as I can handle it (lol) and warm relaxing baths. I'm about to go partake in some spicy sushi and see if that does anything. I know we're supposed to relax and just let things happen but boy is it hard.
lala, I hope he comes ASAP!
