Ladybug~ I need some new ideas for what to eat for the gestational diabetes. I'm getting bored of the same old things. Thx!
I really dislike Halloween. lol. But we went out with my 4 kids and my 3 of their cousins so it was fun. We have a really great neighborhood for it. We ended up with a Dracula, clown, mermaid and fireman. They're cute so that makes it worth it. But my body is NOT happy with me today for all the walking we did last night. Was contracting like crazy the whole time.
I've gained 2 pounds exactly this time so far...hope I can keep that # down over the next 4 weeks! FX

Ladybug, how exciting your baby will be here so soon!
You too, fivebabies!
Auroara, sorry your Halloween didn't go as planned, but maybe by next year your DS1 won't be so spooked. The kids sure looked cute in their costumes!

Well ladies, good news: my first postpartum period came this morning w/ a bang! I know most women wouldn't be happy about it so soon after having a baby, but since DH and I played around with no idea where I was in my cycle, this is surely a blessing!! I'm going to try BC pills and if it goes well, I guess stay on them for 2 years until I'm ready (if we are) for no. 4. It may even be three years because I'm def. determined not to TTC agin until we are actually living or have purchased a bigger house!
So...for those who have taken them in the past, you take them 7 days after period starts, right? or do you start them on a sunday? I know, I should just read the instructions lol, but I haven't gotten my script filled yet. Was waiting to make sure I got a period.

You can either do the "Sunday Start" like you say and take them the Sunday following/during your period OR you can start any ol day during your period, really. I always did Sunday Start because that was easiest to remember where I should be in my pack or my NuvaRing.

Auroara, you got AF already? Wow, that's soon! I am hoping she stays away from me for a long, long time! Good luck with the pill. It has been so long since I took them, I don't remember anything.
