1 month before TTC check-in

We found out yesterday, at what was supposed to be our 12 week scan, that the baby had stopped developing. She only measured 7w3d yesterday. At our 8 week scan, she measured 7w5d and had a heart rate of 140. I am on my way now to the hospital for a D&E. *🩹

Thank you. Now I’m just focusing on getting back on this diet to get a girl or girls again. Starting back on my supplements and stopping my prenatal, stopping red meat, tea, and breakfast again, etc. I started back exercising (I’m actually a barre teacher, but our studio closed for 3 months, so I’m having to get back into it), and my body is telling me to cool it for a minute bc I got really fatigued the last couple days and went to the doc today and have an upper respiratory infection.

Yes please just ease back into it. Wean off the prenatal, don't just drop it suddenly. And eat more normally until you are fully recovered.
