I want to upload a pic and I just can't!!!!

OK, we already know I'm the most stupid here. I've read this like 100 times How do I attach a file to a post?

To attach a file to your post, you need to be using the main 'New Post' or 'New Thread' page and not 'Quick Reply'. To use the main 'New Post' page, click the 'Post Reply' button in the relevant thread.
and I don't get it....I don't want to start a new thread, just to reply and I can't find 'Post Reply' button
The pic is on my desktop
Do I need to start new thread in order to upload pics from my computer?

Hit reply. Click Go Advanced below the screen where you can type. You will see an icon with a paperclip. Click on it.

Box will pop up. Click on Add Files, Select Files and another pop up box where you can select the file off your Desktop. Select your file and hit Upload. It should be in the bottom window of your picture viewer with a check in the little box. Hit insert inline and you will see and "ATTACH" in brackets with a number between them. Your image is there and will remain in your "library" next time you go to attach an image. Hit Submit Reply. HTH
