    Picture attachments in private messages

    Hi!
I was trying to attach a picture in a private message to someone and it is always requesting a URL? I can't just attach a picture file? Even my husband tried and he is a big time computer geek!! Are we missing something?!? Thanks !

Sorry for not getting to this sooner but the forum will not direct link a picture from your computer to a private message. You can only attach it from a URL, such as Flickr or other image host sites. I would imagine that this is a safety feature, so that one cannot send something that might contain a virus, trojan, etc.

The one option that I did think of is to create a Group on here- Under Quick Links, select Group and go from there..and you can make the group invite only and you are able to upload pictures there.
