I was vegetarian before beginning the LE diet, but changed to meet the protein, fat, and calorie requirements. I had very few cheats and maintained the diet in the 2WW.

Wondering if I should have tried clomid.

Things worth mentioning:

DH had regular saunas during the few months leading up to our attempt. He had 2-3 the week of our abstain (but not directly before).

I used rephresh and antihistamines from AF until about 16 hours before our attempt.

I abstained from this website from AF - O because I think it enables my obsessing! Staying away really helped me to forget about the sway.
