Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I regularly skipped breakfast and avoided meat. I also drank lots of diet coke.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

I started the diet again towards the end of January and our attempt was during the middle of April.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

OH hardly ate any meat and if he did only chicken.

Over the last year, OH has put on a bit of weight with me, so I am hoping that his overall condition has decreased a bit leading up to our attempt.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

Probably more than I would have liked. I stopped weighing myself daily to reduce testosterone. I think I weighed around 60kg (BMI 23) leading up to ovulation, which was about 10kg less than when I conceived our son. However, unfortunately it was not my lowest adult weight as I reached that in January 2012 after 3 months on the LE diet the 1st time. Sadly, I put on around 10kg again over the course of a year.

OH did CFR 5 days before ovulation (3 releases within 24 hours) followed by an attempt every evening until including day of ovulation.
We both took a hot shower before every attempt.
We made love in different positions, but always shallow release: from behind in shower, OH on top and me on top.
I did not J&D, but laid down for about 10 minutes afterwards and then got up and wiped any excess off.

I used Vitex December 2012 to February 2013.

In March 2013 I started 50mg Clomid CD5-9 due to mild PC ovaries and fell pregnant on the 2nd cycle on it.

Did you do anything with Ions?

Lavender Showergel before attempts.
LavenderYankee Candles.
Rock Salt Lamp in living room.
USB Ionizer.
Painted my finger and toe nails leading up to ovulation.
Wore rose quartz bracelet and amethyst engagement ring.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?

Wooden spoon with pink ribbon and girly outfit I wore as a baby under the bed.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I am glad that I went to see the doctor about Clomid as I then found out I had mild PC ovaries and raised testosterone before making our attempts. I am really hoping that the Clomid will help us to get our little girl.

I am also hopeful about reducing the sperm numbers due to CFR followed by daily attempts.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Mostly my diet as it could have been better and the fact that I lost about 15kg when on the diet from November 2011 to January 2012 and then putting about 10kg back on before going back onto the LE diet in January 2013, but this time the weight did not seem to want to shift.

Things worth mentioning:

I am still breastfeeding our 2 1/2 year old son at night.

I feel that we have done the best we could at the time and now we are just hoping and praying that we get our little girl.

I had a scan yesterday and it looks like little beanie is nicely located where it should be and measures pretty much on time, so .
