Any Diet Details?

I tried to stick to the LE diet with a few elements from the IG diet (e.g. excluding foods like potatoes, bananas and tomatoes). I incorporated 3 serves/day of low fat dairy into my diet as I was vegan when I fell pregnant with my DS. I tried to keep salt down, calories low, protein low and nutrients low where possible. I was eating twice a day with no snacking but as time went on it became harder to stick to so the last few months of my sway were considerably more relaxed because I was getting incredibly skinny. I skipped breakfast every day and dropped 10 kgs. I added a lot of aspartame to food and in the last few months drank a diet coke every day.

Thanks Cauliflower! Yes, I was not overweight to start with so family were starting to question my weight loss so I felt I just needed to get pregnant ASAP as there wasn't much left to lose.

Glad I got the BFP this month as I was planning on dropping everything next month if it wasn't successful!

UPDATE: Had a 16 week scan on the weekend and the tech was "at least 95% sure" it's a GIRL!
