Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

LE diet. Very few cheats, but even with cheats I stayed at or under protein and fat limit. Big change from my normal diet. I love meat and snacking. I love cereal. I cut all these out.

10 weeks.

He did not diet, but did cut back on red meat.

No, I did not factor that into my sway

Any Diet Details?

I skipped breakfast every morning. My first meal was around 11:30 or 12:00. I only had 2 meals a day. Sometimes I had 3. I ate a ton of pasta with a little bit of butter and Parmesan. Other things that I ate include sourdough bread or toast, pop tarts, Mac and cheese, zucchini, mushrooms, green beans, artichokes, occasionally a slice of plain pizza, white rice with a little bit of low sodium soy sauce, iceberg salads, plain bagels with low fat cream cheese, lots of zero fat zero protein candy and soda for empty calories. 32 oz. of Crystal Light a day.

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

I was on the diet for 10 weeks before attempt and a little over 11 weeks when I got my BFP.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I am 5'5" and weighed about 108 lbs BMI 18.0 before diet. On O day and up until BFP I weighed 100 lbs. BMI 16.6

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

No exercise as recommended by Atomic, due to the fact that I lose weight quickly and didn't want to lose too much.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Being on LE for 11 weeks, FR for 9 days before attempt, NEVER having breakfast even during the 2WW, my cycle changing, the amount of weight I dropped. PRAYER.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I ended up dropping Sylk, not taking a hot shower before we DTD, and went to sleep after we DTD. I didn't get pregnant on first attempt and was anxious for second attempt to work, due to how quickly I was losing weight and my DH wanting to get me to pregnant quickly. I also had a couple of white meat cheats when it was almost unavoidable.

Things worth mentioning:

I am very thankful for this site and all the support I have gotten. Especially from Atomic! She really made this whole process a lot less stressful. I highly recommend buying a plan from her. I feel I did the best I could and now I leave it in God's hands
