Congrats on your pink bundle!
Thank you! At first i started running for an hour, but i got injured so i had to switch to cycling. Later i took an membership at the gym and alternated running outside, with indoor spinning, elliptical or at my bike at home.
I started 5/6 weeks before first attempt, i hardly exercised during every 2 ww though. I made sure to exercise through O. I even exercised during O, coincidently, i guess.
Thanks for the reply. A lot of ladies seem to be using the cycling. Maybe I should switch!
What are you doing for exercise?
I have been power walking on the treadmill. I can't run! lol
I also bought one of those walk away the pounds dvds I am going to try tonight and see how I do. I just want to make sure I can do something I can last an hour at.
with the power walking even though I am sweating and tired, I am not sure my heart rate gets up high enough?
