We have not found that measuring pH is helpful. We have seen too many pH opposites for me to believe testing pH tells us anything at all. When we say the plan "includes pH" it means that we have done things that should "raise pH" even though I don't believe pH matters one bit and testing it for sure doesn't matter.
Yes I"d avoid the artificial sweeteners in Extra if at all possible.

Thank you so much Atomic, it feels like a relief, because I dont know much about changing my ph. As I have mentioned before, I live in Sweden and I am thinking to sway this fall, is it any special month that you think is best suited for blue sway? it is very cold here during autumn / winter. do not know if it has any significance?

While I"m unaware of any data from Sweden, a good few studies done in Italy found there was a boy peak in Sept-Novemnber (and I suspect it would, if anything start even earlier in Sweden, so maybe even into August.)

Thank you Atomic, but has the month when you ttc big importance? I have read that many blue swayer sway for about 6 weeks before ttc, I understand that it can be enough to go on the diet for 6 weeks but is it enough when it comes to the vitamins and exercise? Should you start with the vitamins and exercise before? I started lifting weights a few months ago and trying to increase weights over time

No only a couple percentage points of difference. It's great if it can work out to TTC in those fall months, but it's no biggie if you can't. I got two boys in "girl" months and my girl (and me) in boy months!
Vitamins can be started as far in advance as possible. I like you guys to start easy weight lifting as far in advance as is feasible for you. Please note, I mean EASY! You don't need and in fact shouldn't, start off doing super intense weight lifting if you've never done it before!!

Thank u Atomic! You are so kind, always responding to my annoying questions. Im wondering about the full HE diet in Dream members section, does it inklude more information/ more details about the diet? Is it information gathered in one page or is it more like chatforums where people are writing things about the He diet?

I have some additional essays and there are other forums in there and I'm always trying to more as I go along. I did make a shorter version of the HE Diet here https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...l-version.html and the FAQ is here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...-diet-faq.html I do always appreciate the Dream Memberships as it allows me to answer questions (in the paid and free forums alike) as a job and not have to work outside the home - I'd not be able to answer questions at all in that case.

When it comes to eating 9-11 servings of fruits, does it mean 9-11 whole fruits per day? Then I wonder if sleep affects swaying? because I don't always get a lot of sleep a night and some nights I sleep very badly, can it ruin my blue sway?

Just portions of fruit/veg and they're smaller than most people assume. https://www.heart.org/en/healthy-liv...-serving-sizes Things like juice and even the lemon in the lemon water count.
Sleep is good for a blue sway but I've never been the best sleeper and I have 4 boys. But the level of bad sleep I had when I got boys was nothing like what I had with my girl (I got very very sleep with her) So do your best but don't panic if you're not able to get 8 hours or anythign.

Thank u Atomic. Do I need to eat 90 g of protein per day for blue sway? I don't know how i am suppose to get so much protein a day? Is it most red meat that is good for blue sway? which red meat is best? Does beef work because I really don't like lamb. Is canned tuna good for blue sway?

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
