I dont know why I didnt see this thank you so much for the support!
Came to enter another "diary entry" haha enjoying vacation stress free and we will start up again when we get home as we are about a year out now that we have a six month old!
But his cousin had a suprise gender reveal at a picnic and of course it is their second boy ;( drank a little more after that announcement. AND *eyeroll* his sister is pregnant again and she "hopes it's a boy bc she just cant do another girl"
I'm just so sick of the shame for girls. If I have all girls I would be happy to have healthy kids but the comments just cut me.

Yes that's the thing - SO MANY of us would be perfectly fine with our same-gender families if not for everyone acting like we've lost the Game of Life or something!!! It's just ridiculous because we all look at those same gender families from the outide and think they're amazing!! I remember before I had any gender desire, seeing families with all boys and all girls and thinking they were interesting and looked fun to be a part of.

Right ;( people suck. Thank you for always being a guiding light.
Also, you were right I had nothing to worry about. I got my period back four days after my DD turned six months old. We have been slacking on our vacation but dont feel guilty since we are a year out. We talked about trying when our daughter turns one but I really want to wait the full 18 months and then it will be better timing for a summer baby hopefully

Quick questions!
(To save money) is it okay to start a probiotic 8 weeks before ttc? Or should I start it now so I'm good to go when we start trying?
Also, what is the current findings on fish oil for blue? I take one a day and vitamin d on the days I dont feel like I get outside enough but do I need to add a fish oil in as well?

I’ll just add that I have 4 sons and took fish oil daily. It’s super good for you- I’m very into anything that boosts your immune system or balanced hormones hormones so I used to take a ton of supplements!!

yes absolutely feel free to start the probiotics 8 weeks in advance and even to take every other day. They will still be of benefit.
I do still like you guys to do fish oil to help ensure you are getting more animal based fat than vegetable based. But we have reduced the suggested dose to no more than 500 mg daily because too high a dose of fish oil may actually lower cholesterol (and we need that cholesterol to make sex hormones) not to mention that higher doses were causing a lot of bleeding issues and may even contribute to losses (blood not clotting is bad as a pregnancy is developing)

Thank you! If you dont mind sharing what supplements do you take? Or did when you had 4 boys. I'm looking into good brands and sounds like you had some good ones!

Great thank you! Our plan for supplements for me will be:
Daily prenatal
Folate
Probiotic
Fish oil
Vitamin d. (on days I dont get outside much) what would be recommended dosage for vitamin d?
For Hubby:
centrum over 50 daily,
probiotic
Should he start taking anything else daily? Will vitamin d help him? Should he take zinc or anything?

I don’t remember what brands, but I know I took fish oil, apple cider vinegar, vitamins b, c, d, echinacea and zinc. Basically if it boosted my immune system or balanced my hormones I took it .
I had 3 meals a day, lots of meat and eggs, coffee was with heavy whipping cream and I didn’t intentionally exercise. I drank a lot of green tea and Gatorade. All my boys were conceived with one attempt at +opk after long abstains.
Hope this helps!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
