Do you see how there are some vitamins in the hundreds, and even thousands of %? We don't want that. We want about 100% of all nutrients, and you can go up to 250% on Vitamin D. There is no reason for such high doses of those nutrients and the B6 in particular can make your cycle go absolutely crazy taking it in that high a dose.
Additionally, it has myoinositol, not a high dose but we have seen this sway pink for some people, and ginger, which I don't recommend because we don't know how it sways and there is not enough information about safety.
And there's no info about the digestive enzymes so I don't know how that sways either.
What you could do is simply take a smaller dose, which would be lower levels of the vitamins, the ginger/myoinositol, and the enzymes.
