So much information!
Is anyone else's head spinning with all of this info? Yikes! I'm so confused about the calcium and vitamin intake. Which vitamins do I take when TTC girl and can I drink milk or just take a calcium pill? Thanks!

i will answer this when i have a minute but till then please read this 3 part thread with links to the second two in the first http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...roversial.html this is the case againts calcium - not everyone believes it sways pink and several of us have gotten girls without calcium after boys while taking high calcium.
it is a lot of info at first but bear with it, once you understand the basic principles it's easy - this is the fundamental basis for the sway diet that i advise http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ypothesis.html!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I personally believe calcium sways pink. I would NOT take it in supplement form as it is VERY alkaline. I would take it in natural sources such as organic skim milk, yogurt, or rice milk.

Getting back to this thread, for TTC a girl I would have you take:
Vitex http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-...nces-here.html
Saw Palmetto http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-...depth-how.html
Baby aspirin http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-...echniques.html
Fiber (this helps absorb fats and fat soluble vitamins from your digestive tract)
Probiotic (helps prevent swaying-related yeast infections)
Folic acid 1200-1600 mcg a day throughout the first trimester!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
