Those who eat out often- What gender did you conceive?

I know it sways boy to eat out because of high sodium. Just curious what others have conceived. This pregnancy was a surprise and we were eating out a lot around that time. However I ate really small meals, if that makes a difference. I also never ate breakfast.

I was wondering about this earlier - going to do my best to stick to the LE diet, but wondering what the best options are if DH and I go out to eat (family occasions, etc).

We on GD don't really believe that sodium sways either way, but it's kept in for health reasons as it's good to eat less anyway. I wouldn't have thought eating out regularly as it's all about your overall pattern of eating, not any one particular meal.

That makes me feel better, thanks! I have 2 boys and I'm hoping for a girl. My diet was waaay different than when I conceived them. With my current pregnancy, I was eating tiny meals and only 2X a day tops... and never any snacking.

I am not at all convinced that high sodium sways blue, and I got my DD eating a ton of sodium after my failed IG sway where I was trying to limit it.

I did get a boy when I was eating a lot of fast food but it was because I ate red meat at lunch and dinner all the time!! Not the sodium. I would have a roast beef sandwich for lunch and dinner and one milkshake every day LOL. I also had cereal for breakfast every day.

Vegetarian when you can and don't worry about the rest of it. Cheating is not only encouraged on LE Diet, it's MANDATORY because it helps you stick to the diet the rest of the time. It's the overall diet that counts, not any one meal.

Now if your cheating is happening every day, then that's not going to work, but even as often as 1-2 times a week is not gonna break you.
