Folic acid and weaning from question

I take three 800mcg of folic acid and there is one 800mcg in my prenatals(so total is 3200mcg) I am only 9 weeks along but when I hit 12weeks I want to start weaning myself off to one 800mcg(which is in my prenatals) I have no clue how to do this? Do I just stop one 800mcg for a week then stop another one next week? I also take extra 50mg of b6 and want to wean myself off that to just what's in my prenatals do I drop down to 25mg for a week and then quit? And I won't start weanin myself from the extra folic acid until I am 12 weeks, anyway tia for helping me

Wean slowly after first trimester...down to what is in your prenatal. Do your FAs split in half? I would say, cut out one half dose per day for one week, then on and on...

I think it is easier to gradually space doses farther and farther apart and then gradually drop pills...the b vitamins are so small and hard to split.

There's no right way to do it, just as long as you can do it gradually.
