    Fish oil ?

    can someone help me please ?
    i don't know wich fish oil to take (omega 3 , lemon fish oil , cod liver oil !!)
    and how should i take it ? all cycle or just af-o and how much ?

    stay away from cod liver oil

    1000 mg taken all cycle long. After BFP, gradually wean off to a lower dose DHA supp by alternating days and spacing the fish oil further and furhter out till you're taking mostly DHA and hardly any fish oil, then drop it and do just DHA.

    DHA is a kind of Omega 3 that is believed to be really good during pg. They sell prenatals with DHA in it, or you can get pregnancy DHA separately. It's a lower dose than fish oil, so I don't want anyone to just switch straight out from fish oil to DHA (could cause issues with blood clotting), so you'd just make the switch gradually, take fish oil 2 days then DHA one day, then over time you'd take fish oil 1 day and DHA 2, then space the fish oil farther and farther out till you're taking one a week and then drop it. (sorry confusing directions but I hope you get the drift.)
