carbonate or citrate?
I know Citrate is better ttc Girl but ist expencive than cal-mag Carbonate. Can i take Carbonate the first 3 months and last mont Citrate?

I seriously doubt it makes any difference whatsoever BUT technically no, you can't because you're trying to get these "ions" built up in your body and trying to "charge up" your egg to attract sperm and since sperm take 90 days to form, you need to be taking the "right" calcium the whole time.
IF you subscribe to that theory, that is. I don't, but if you do, then please spring for the cal citrate because otherwise if you get an opposite you will think back and wonder why you didn't.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Oke thats clear ! it is gonna be hard to take the supps every dag for 3 months(or mayby more) But i will do everything for the Odds :P

The research is pretty clear nutrients sway blue! Just my 2 cents here but I'd drop the calcium. Atomic has a great essay called the calcium conundrum on how its so very highly unlikely that calcium sways pink and it's really good!
