pg from first O postpartum = more girls?

    Hi ladies!
I was just curious what your experiences were. I personally have 3 friends (who live in my town) who got pregnant from their first O postpartum...and got girls all 3 times. I am now pg first O postpartum, and am hoping maybe it's a trend? Thought I'd ask you all to share your experiences (or friends experiences).

    TIA!
Mommy to 4 precious little boys, would love a , but more also welcome!

Yes, that is what I would believe is the most likely BUT I do want to point out, that some people who are very high in fertility and in good physical condition, may be more likely to ovulate soon after having a baby and also more likely to have boys as well.

Never as cut and dry as all that unfortunately.

I kinda wondered if it also might be the bf link...I think all 3 of my friends were still bf their older babies at the time. I was still bf DS3 when I o'd (done now), but I was producing so little milk, I really don't know how much it swayed. Don't know, just curious & hopeful!

Well, I think at the end of it all is is condition that matters and it really does take 6-9 months to fully recover from having a baby, BF or not!!

good luck :-0 your age gap is smaller so if you've still been up at night and generally dead on your feat I think you've got a good chance - that's my next sway plan lol!

So I have a question... when do most people have their first O postpartum?? I seem to have it about 6 weeks after the baby is born... is this not normal?
