My PCOS was on the lowest factor - when I was diagnosed I had borderline hormone levels but I had severe 'cysting' with strings of pearls everywhere.
My last pregnancy got rid of the 'pearls' and returned my hormones to normal.
So I am suffering unexplained infertility.
Clomid was to get me ovulating earlier than day 40 - something and trying to lengthen my LP.
I am, however, a good candidate for Type 2 diabetes, and I regularly take my BSL's just to make sure none go out of line (so it's about time I actually started eating wisely, but I still don't exercise like I should :/ )
But I will definitely be smarter about my carb choices and work them into the routine (carbs are one thing I'm struggling with).
