My PCOS was on the lowest factor - when I was diagnosed I had borderline hormone levels but I had severe 'cysting' with strings of pearls everywhere.
My last pregnancy got rid of the 'pearls' and returned my hormones to normal.
So I am suffering unexplained infertility.
Clomid was to get me ovulating earlier than day 40 - something and trying to lengthen my LP.
I am, however, a good candidate for Type 2 diabetes, and I regularly take my BSL's just to make sure none go out of line (so it's about time I actually started eating wisely, but I still don't exercise like I should :/ )
But I will definitely be smarter about my carb choices and work them into the routine (carbs are one thing I'm struggling with).

Are you certain your LP has gotten shorter or could it be that you're ovulating earlier in your cycle?? Sometimes the diet/supps move ovulation up, so if you normally had a longer FP, it can make it seem like your LP has suddenly gotten shorter (because you'll get AF sooner)
If you are certain your LP has diminished, I would have you drop the EPO first and see if it gets better. If there are megadose B vitamins, particularly B6, in your prenatal, that may also be aggravating it.
I would love to see you taking more like 2000 mcg folic for TTC a boy.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks for replying. I m ovulating at cd 18 every month confirmed with clear blue opk. And get af at 9dpo. I have already dropped epo and fish oil. Taking only prenatals materna ,and folic acid 4000. It was writing mistake. Can I take bit b6 from o to af to lengthen my lp?

If you're going to do B6 do it ALL month long, don't stop and start it like that. It's not good for your health and it doesn't work either because your body gets ready for the LP in the first part of the cycle.
I would add back in the fish oil, just leave out the EPO!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

That is not a high dose of magnesium, it is normal dose and perfectly fine for a boy sway.

2 weeks before. Keep in mind that many people think they actually sway blue and WANT to be on them for their sway. OPK are fallible. We use them because it's the best technology we have, but...
