    Stop diet?

    I was swaying blue and just got my BFP last week!!! I have gained weight and would like to cut back on my calories... Is it safe to stop eating so frequently once you get a BFP??

    Not going on a diet but just going back to my normal eating habits before swaying.

    Hi I'm no expert (pink swayer) but I would imagine it would be fine to cut back a little, as long as you are still eating enough cals, and healthy foods in order to be at safe pregnancy diet levels...

    I'm sure atomic will give you more details though, and congrats on your BFP!

    Yes it is ok to go back to normal, healthy amounts. And remember they say boys need more nutrients/calories

    It's ok to cut back some like dropping the snacks, but I would still try to eat a good amount and lots of full fat dairy, meat, and fruit/veg
