Clomid Question for my cousin!

My cousin has been trying to get pregnant for years... recently her husband learned that he has low thyroid and low testosterone. She is waiting on her test results but the Dr wants to try her on Clomid right away since she just started her cycle today. She really wants a boy since this will most likely be her only child. Her and her husband are on a very blue diet.

How will the husbands conditions affect gender?

Can she conceive a boy while on Clomid if she eats a blue friendly diet?

And on ovulation with Clomid???? Does it prevent O until a certain day after you have stopped taking it? Can you O sooner or what?

low T would be more likely to sway pink, but YES absolutely she can get a boy on Clomid with a boy-friendly diet. I would advise using Preseed.

You can't ovulate while taking the Clomid, it blocks estrogen and so your body can't surge until a few days after stopping it.

can T levels in men drop fast or is it over time? if the DH did the T treatments would it go up slow or fast? should they wait until his next blood work to start trying then?

How fast they drop, depends on why his T levels are so low. His T levels can go up quickly with treatment.

If they are over 35 they need to be trying every month and she absolutely must try every month she has taken Clomid.
