    TED talk on posture and testosterone (great for blue AND pink swayers!)

    Has anyone else seen this?

    It seems that posture and body language has an amazing effect on your hormone levels! For the blue swayers, it looks like sprawling out, sitting dominantly, putting hands on hips and doing the both hands up "victory pose," are all beneficial.

    For pink swayers, it appears that slouching, sitting legs crossed, pulling in your arms, and overall making your stance smaller might be helpful.

    Obviously, stressing out about something like body language isn't going to help anyone's sway, but I'm thinking that making small adjustments to the way I carry myself and sit could be a nudge in the right direction.

    Thoughts, atomic?

    I think we do not even KNOW that testosterone levels are swaying, and I believe that keeping swaying in the front of your mind constantly is bad for both pink and blue swayers - pink swayers because it feeds swaycession and the kind of "control freak" mindset that really does seem to sway blue in a big way, and blue swayers because it gets overwhelming and is just another thing to get "wrong". So I am loathe to recommend anything like this on the basis of testosterone levels when in all honesty it's just a theory.
