    What colour does Ketogenic diet sway?

    I've started the Ketogenic diet about a week ago both me and DH, and after a successful blue sway last time I would like to start again for another boy, is there any change that the Ketogenic diet will sway blue? I'm confused and can't really remember much from last time lol.

    Here's what it says about the diet.

    I am very wary of ketogenic diets for blue. Protein + carbs makes boys and ketogenic diets release toxins into your body that are not going to help with a boy sway. I think extreme low carb diets are not blue friendly and I would much rather see you eating a balanced type of diet where you are getting lots of fruit and vegetables along with your protein foods.

    yes, because the toxins (ketones) released may mess with his sperm health and inadvertently sway pink.
