Sperm capacitation time??

Hi ladies do anyone know about sperm capacitation time and where they capaciate in vagina or up in reproductive track ???i have read they capaciate in reproductive track n ewcm helps it??

Yes, they capacitate over the course of hours/days (there are always some that are "sleeping" and some that are ready to fertilize an egg) up inside your reproductive tract. There are a couple places they hang out while this happens, the cervical crypts and in the Fallopian tubes. Your Fallopian tubes grow special cells around ovulation that make a kind of goo that helps sperm to stay alive in them long enough to find the egg.
