TTC mid 2017 - 3 things.....
Just wondering for some feedback/advice/guidance.......
Will be attempting TTC #2 mid July. I have a DD from previous marriage.
I have low egg count, DH has low sperm count and motility. I also have hypothyroidism.
Would love to TTC pink, but am wondering if the odds are against us.
TIA!

No, we have lots of people on here in exactly that boat! Good success rates with pregnancy too - you have to be like the Little Engine that Could - may take you a little longer to get to the destination but just keep on chugging!
I have a different pink sway diet in this thread, 5 from the top, called "atomic fertility diet" and it will be best for you to follow. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html (DO NOT follow the higher carb, empty cal version of LE Diet!!)
Hubby can release on his own or with you, with a condom, every 2-4 days. (this will help his sperm count). No supps for him! And then aim at one attempt at positive OPK at first. We may add attempts over time but it's a good place to start!!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Hi Atomic - I have been doing a lot of reading over the past few days . I read in a thread you mentioned if over 35 not to start the LE diet until 6 weeks before TTC - is this something I should do? And I would be following the Alt LE Diet.
Also OLE - would that be good for hubby to take?
I was thinking back to when I TTC DD a few years ago - I was quite in low GI eating, drinking coffee and diet coke. Wondering if this would work again? Lol.Last edited by babybells; January 17th, 2017 at 12:25 AM.

If you're doing the alt LE Diet and have some weight to spare it's fine to start in advance.
12 weeks or more on diet is getting best results, but the problem is that some people diet too strictly and end up stopping ovulation. Since women over 35 have a shorter time frame to TTC, I try to avoid things that may stop their ovulation and have it end up taking even longer for them to conceive.
OLE - I can't say for sure without knowing your husband's medical history but yes most guys over 35 take OLE
Any time you eat a more restrictive diet, it tends to sway pink. Coffee sways pink too.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I successfully had my girl nearly 3 years ago thanks to an awesome plan from atomic. I have just started on Ozempic to try and lose some weight due to PCOS and it’s working well. Does anyone...
