food questions for ttc pink !
hi guys im just sorting out my list to go shopping for girl foods, i got the diet off of IG its major strict but i dont care, i want my girl sooooooooooooo bad il do anything, just a couple of Q's - strawberries canned in syrup ? this is like one of the foods i should eat alot of is this any old strawberries canned in syrup ? egg beaters - i live in uk so does anyone know where i can get these from ? low sodium bread any suggestions on this ? and calcium fortified pasta ? is this a special pasta as i cant find anything on this or is it just regular pasta ? thanks peeps, any help would be great x

egg beaters - you mean like a whisk?
I haven't been able to find that pasta in the UK either, just been having regular although I hear rice pasta is good for the diet too

hi rainbow egg beaters are an american version for eggs but not eggs if you no what i mean lol, thanks for the thread hun, have you changed your toothepaste at all finding hard to find a no sodium one ~?

lol actually toothpaste never crossed my mind! I'm happy to keep using my normal one seeing as I'm spitting it out and not swallowing any

hey i found a low sodium toothepaste its by corsodyl and you get it from the pharmacy in tesco (probably other shops too) cost £2.83, the pharmacyst herself told me as far as she knows its the toothepaste with the lowest sodium content,

im not sure hun, i just went to the pharmacy and asked and she had it behind the counter so could be, its in a blue box and its called corsodyl 1% w/w dental gel x

The strawberries canned in syrup may have a lot of calories and sugar, and you have to be careful b/c high caloric intake can sway boy... I try to eat fresh or frozen.
