egg beaters - you mean like a whisk?
I haven't been able to find that pasta in the UK either, just been having regular although I hear rice pasta is good for the diet too
there's a UK food thread which might help on some of the other foods you can have: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...elp-each-other!

lol actually toothpaste never crossed my mind! I'm happy to keep using my normal one seeing as I'm spitting it out and not swallowing any

re:egg beaters, I just found this discussion about it in the UK: http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/a...hp/t-1514.html

hey i found a low sodium toothepaste its by corsodyl and you get it from the pharmacy in tesco (probably other shops too) cost £2.83, the pharmacyst herself told me as far as she knows its the toothepaste with the lowest sodium content,

The strawberries canned in syrup may have a lot of calories and sugar, and you have to be careful b/c high caloric intake can sway boy... I try to eat fresh or frozen.
