While we are talking about what we like about this website and don't like about other TTC websites -- I really appreciate that a newbie can come to this website and ask a question like "does shettles sway boy or girl?" and get a polite helpful answer instead of like on other websites where they'd say "ugh, I'm sooooo tired of newbies asking this question. You really need to lurk on this website for a few months and learn the culture before joining in." I just hate that attitude. I was raised in an isolated small townish place, but there it was well accepted that even if someone was an idiot you still treat them respectfully. I still consider it a lot worse to be mean or rude than it is to be stupid. And a lot of times newbies who ask newbie questions aren't even stupid at all, but I'm saying even if come on with bad spelling and grammar and a scientifically absurd question, I still cringe when on babycenter someone will say "OMG look at her spelling, she's not a bright one".
So kudos to this website for being the nice guys. And please don't be offended if you are a member of baby center, because most of the people there are nice too.

I agree I feel more comfortable here, and it’s the only place I trust for information. I even seen woman using micorscopes on sperm it’s just crazy on Facebook lol
