Do autoimmune meds sway
Hi all,
I've been away for a while after developing some pretty severe pain over the last 8-10 months which has put ttc #3 right out of my mind. Long story short I've been diagnosed with an undifferentiated connective tissue disease (largely manifesting as rheumatoid arthritis atm). Doc has me on plaquenil (likely indefinitely) and mobic. Does anyone know whether autoimmune diseases or these antiinflammatory drugs sway at all? Not sure if I'll feel well enough to want to ttc again but just in case

I don't know, but it's something I had noticed since the earliest days I was doing this. The questions I'd get about various diseases and how they swayed were overwhelmingly boy moms and I realized that in real life, I also had seen lots of people with autoimmune diseases who had all boys.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
