    everyone!

what kind of sway are we all planing on doing?

I will be starting a diet in Jan to lose weight. I will start to take saw palmetto, vitex, folic acid and baby asprin and will be using RepHresh. DH will also be taking baby asprin, saw palmetto and licorice root, he will also be cutting down on the ammount of tea he drink to about 1 per day.
We are going for absinence and hopfully O+12 JAD

We are trying to keep it as stress free as possible. Does this sound like it will be a good enough sway for pink? New to this so still learning, would i start all the pills in Jan if our first attempt will be in March?
Is there anything else you would do?

Happy lee. Sounds like a great plan! Stress free is best.

I plan on ttc in April, maybe march the earliest. Abstinence with a one time bd at cut off. If I am too early then I will have dh release and use the second batch the next day. If I miss cut off all together will go for o plus 12 instead. But doubt this will happen as I am going to err on the side of early.

Will use refresh from Af through before and after we dtd and some aci jel if needed. Zyrtec from Af through day before o. Benedril night of attempt throuh day before o

strict LE diet, leaning towards the side of IG diet. But adding more variety to not cheat.

Not testing ph much and not using Hannah. Wanna be stress free

HappyLea - DH shouldn't take Saw Palmetto (I'm trying to think why without checking - I think it's because it lowers oestrogen and you want DH to have higher oestrogen). The Licorice Root is good for him though

Oooh thanks for that zanacal, i thought i read he was to take it somewhere but i read so much recently i maybe getting mixed up.

I also read that is was good for dh not to lose weight, is that correct? Think i read that if he loses weight that will higher his testosterone and lower estrogen??? He is 6'7" and currently weighing his heaviest, he is not big but carrying abit more weight than normal. He is happy not to diet. But is happy to cut down on meats and salt etc.
I know when we conceived our ds3 he was at his lightest weight since teens.

Ladies, Are we all ready for xmas? I got abit more wrapping to do but more or less finished. Off to docs with ds3 this afternoon, poor little man got conjuntivitus so hopefully can get something to clear it up.

Getting really excited to actually start ttc now, received my ph strips and mooncup yesterday. Think i will order my supps today also. Are the holland and barrett brands ok? As i know the vitex is on offer there.

We're reading for Christmas over here!!! The two big boys are SOOO excited....the little one isn't big enough yet. I'm SOOO excited to see their faces on Christmas morning!

I'm super excited about Jan. 1 and gearing up for our sway! Gotta get my supps and ph strips and ov. tests all stocked up!

When are you all starting supps (I'm doing vitex, saw palm., cranberry, and folic acid. ) I'm skipping the cal supps.
    and along the way.

I would leave DH's diet as it is until you get a BFP - my DH ate very unhealthily and was heavier than before when we conceived.

    how are we all doing?

Hope you all had a lovely christmas! We had a fab day, boys had such a great day. Lots of presents, food and most importantly family

My dad is also on the mend from his triple heart bypass so i am much more at ease now.

Well my ph strips arrived so i had a play about with them testing water and ph of other things and i managed to test some cm, after i Ov'd it was like a white cream and it was around 4-4.5 (i was thinking it would have been higher). I didnt think i would be able to do it but so suprised that i managed it i have false nails on and it made it so much easier to obtain some to test, (sorry tmi).

I am going to purchase my supps and other bits tonight when the boys are in bed.

Does anyone know if drinking pepsi max is the same as drinking diet coke, for swaying girl???
