Again, I can’t thank you enough!! I searched but couldn’t find info on caffeine free coffee that might help my girl way. Idk how many cups of regular coffee would be safe
We assume (based on a few different reasons) that it is coffee itself, NOT the caffeine, that sways pink. I have had several people use decaf coffee when they couldn't do caffeinated and they got girls in a similar breakdown to those drinking caff coffee.
But due the the scarcity of data I have those who can use it still do caff coffee just in case it has any benefit. but fine to use decaf. It's likely the coffee itself.
Is it ok to continue the folate?
Fine to take 1200-1600 mcg folate while nursing.
You’re the best!! Thank you!!
Hi again!! I just wanted to ask (sorry, it totally sounds like I’m trying to have my cake and eat it too) but now that DD is almost 15 months do you think it is ok to use low dose spearmint? I’m still breastfeeding but found the spearmint really helped with body hair issues I have (it’s so demoralizing and upsetting). She mostly nurses at night so maybe taking a small amount in the morning might be ok? Thanks again!!
My concern is that a small amount won't be enough to do anything for the hair but will still dry up your milk. It feels to me like a potential risk for no benefit since a small amount isn't really enough to affect you.
It's probably fine since she's nursing once a day or so and is bigger now, but I can't find any hard data on how long it stays in your milk.
You’re the absolute best! Thank you! I see what you mean!
