Supplements while breastfeeding

Hi there! I am currently breastfeeding but wanting to start my next girl away. Does anyone know if cranberry or cinnamon capsules are ok? What about fiber supplements? I also did myo-inositol last time, is that safe to take while breastfeeding? TIA!

But the myo-inositol would be ok right (probably pregnitude)? Last time I did femara but I assume that’s not safe while breastfeeding but I read clomid can be taken while breastfeeding, do you have any experience with that? Thanks again!!! You’re always so helpful and it’s greatly appreciated!

Following this thread too pretty to see if it's safe because I want to take myo inositol and clomid too while breastfeeding

Not at 11 weeks. I want you guys to wait till at least 6 months, and better yet 9, before taking anything.

And when you start the myo and the fiber, please add in a separate vitamin drop for your nursing baby that contains DHA and Vit. D

Thank you!! Yes, her pediatrician has had me do the vitamin drop since she was born, so all good there. I think we’ll give it a go this summer and if it doesn’t work, do HT in a couple years. I know you can’t predict, but would you say that breastfeeding and so soon postpartum is as effective as femara?
