I was leaning towards not getting it due to the different reasons outlined in my previous post..so that seals the deal hehe
It would be so good to have a contraception option that allows to have the body do its thing without interference but also getting that semen exposure and not risk pregnant until ready ttc :P
Yes, but all these things we honestly don't know what kind of side effects they may have.
Best bet is pullout or non-spermicide condom.
We use non spermicide condoms at the moment so I guess that is probably as good as it gets until my cycles return, and I can monitor them closely to BD unprotected outside of the fertile window and then only with protection in the fertile window until we are ready TTC :)
Perfect!
Oh no 🤦🏼*♀️!!!! That’s what I have. How long should I have it out before attempting? Our last DD was a pull out baby and my husband refuses to do condoms. So that’s basically our only option until we’re ready to try. I think we could attempt pulling out and condoms for a few months though. I hope this doesn’t ruin my sway before I even start😫
As far in advance of your sway as is possible. AT least 2 cycles if possible.
Getting pregnant with pullout is fairly unusual - not impossible as you know, but unusual. So even though you got pregnant that way once before it doesn't mean you will again.
We didn’t pull out. We just had unprotected and then I just religiously used the OPKs to know when to get in my extra attempts. We went for every other day before positive OPK and then 2-3 attempts around positive window. Then an extra one a day or so later to catch in case for late O x
