I am trying to keep in the limits of LE, and what I can actually do is getting around 30 gr fats (on average), around 40gr proteins and rest of calories from carbs.
As fats I am using margarine, corn oil, some peanut butter, sesame seeds and as proteins scrambled egg whites, 1 whole egg x week, 0 fat greek yogurt and cottage cheese mainly.
I would have sushi as cheat and pizza also. Alcohol 4-5 days week (1 or 2 half glasses) and coffe daily (3x day).
No supps just folic acid and fibers before big meals.
Exercise wise: 1h.20 min fast walk if the weather is fine or 60 min cyclette daily.
I feel the egg is there and I sort of can't release it?

Ok. We need to up that fat right away. That is the barest minimum of fat intake and I suspect you're not getting enough. I want you on 50-60 g from here on in (probably more like 60 until ovulation occurs) and 1 serving of full fat dairy a day plus 4-6 WHOLE eggs a week.
I would also like to see you boost protein to more around 50 g. This is not so much to restore ovulation but more to allow you some wiggle room to get enough fat (since some fat foods have protein, it might make it easier to get up to the 50-60 g fat if you eat more protein as well)
Drop the fiber.
Question - when you said you had increased protein, does that mean you were eating less than 40 g before???
I agree the egg is there, we just need to give your body enough raw materials for it to be released.

Re your Q, I can't recall when I wrote that atm! Sorry! Perhaps when I I started tracking through app I adjusted better all the nutrients intake to match with LE Diet. Before it was hard to keep track and i ended up eating less than what allowed!

Will I need another Lh surge now in your opinion? Not sure if i can maintain the e4d pattern, due to our working schedules (I work during the day, OH during the night, you can imagine...!)

yes, you will have another LH surge. I really urge you to continue having regular unprotected sex even if it can't be e4d.
Actually I CAN imagine as for a while my husband worked nights and I worked days. Just do your best, even if it gets to be once a week it's better than waiting around for an OPK that may be a false negative.

From the chart it looks like I oed on Saturday, but I am still getting the darkest opks and ewcm.
Is this a sign i could be ovulating twice? Or releasing more eggs?

Ps. The ewcm was unstoppable and i tried to limit it with some rephresh and I was taking antihystaminic too - cetirizine - (not for swaying but for allergy reason) but its ph was around 4... I am scared at all this ewcm really! 😥😥😥
These are my opks from these days.
First one Saturday morning with solid smile on CB digital too (fmu)
Middle two from yesterday (FMU and aroun 8pm)
Last one from today morning (fmu)
The second opk looked the darkest one and it was taken yesterday with first morning urine.
And yesterday I got the baddest o pains that lasted half the day.

I still have a BIG doubt on my O day, can I explain you why?
I got a positive opk on Saturday the 28th of September morning, followed by other 3 days of +opks (even darker) and ewcm and strong o pains.
It only stopped on Tuesday the 1st October. But I had a temp spike on Sunday morning 29th so I guess I oed on Saturday? … I can only guess because it was all sooo confusing and I am not 100% certain of my real o day despite the temp spike of Sunday morning.
My temps were quite all over the place this cycle tbh.
Atomic is that possible I oed later (Monday or Tuesday) and not on Saturday, despite a temp rise on Sunday?

I'm sorry though, I can't tell you what day you ovulated based on that chart. I just don't have the ability to know. It is absolutely possible you ovulated later and that high temp was a fluke. We look at patterns because one temp or even two in isolation could be wrong, it's only by looking at the entire pattern that we see what's happened. It takes 3 high temps to confirm ovulation has happened and we really can't know to the day (I know the other site claims you can, but they're wrong and this has been shown in studies - even highly trained people using the best thermometers cannot pin down the day of ovulation any better than one in three days).
