Thank you Atomic. I do understand why my plan is different. I was just curious if SMEP sways blue. Thank you as always. ❤️

Cool - won't stress too much about it - I just guess the fact that hubs' SA wasn't stellar (not "bad" but not awesome either) back then already, makes me worry that some years down, having had three girls - that the key is to get those swimmers in top notch shape lol
Forgot to mention - will scale down the avocado - maybe 1/2 a small one instead of a full one (usually they are small anyways and if big I would only get a 1/2 max).
Re BD - noted: I will see over the coming months when O is and adjust so we focus our energy mostly on the fertile window - with maybe just one-two BDs before to clear the pipes ^^ just ordered OPKs to begin tracking (will get into BBT later, my sleep is too disrupted still).Lucky Mummy to 4 sweet divas

Our sway didn’t work for #3 & we had a little oops for #4 but we love them all to bits... not sure if we ever will but somehow hoping we might add blue to the crew, to complete our family, one day...
Fingers crossed for TTC #5 (again) for early 2024!

Also, Atomic - if you see this - looking at my last DD's chart (when I swayed) on the 1st page of this thread- what do you think of the BD pattern compared to the OPKs/temp etc?
On paper, this looked pretty solid for blue, right? or maybe what could be done to better it?
I know every cycle will be slightly different and somewhat unpredictable (including and especially the actual exact time one ovulates) - I just like to anticipate all different scenarios so I can then adjust as needed
Thanks ^^

yes, SMEP sways blue, but we find with many of our blue swayers, their husbands run out of steam doing SMEP and so we do the every 2-4 day pattern instead of every other day. The thing we're trying to avoid is having hubbies "waste" their early attempts having them too often, and then when the fertile window opens, not being able to perform in that time frame.

Cool, thanks good to know that we were ok on that point at least last time
On the plus side, since I’ve said to hubby that I will prove to him that I WILL exercise at home ( he thinks I won’t be committed unless I go to the gym)...he’s actually responded “well, we will have to exercise some together at home then... I’ve got that pull up bar, we could set that up too” WIN! Lol He needs to work on his muscles more ( and he does have a bit of abdominal fat that he could do without) so a little extra at home will be good, plus ...My plan of pushing him by driving his competitive side seems to be paying off haha

Sperm analysis are notorious for swinging from bad to spectacular and back to mediocre again LOL. We can't draw a conclusion from that and I don't think you guys have anything to worry about.
yes the avocado is good but you don't have to eat quite that much!
It's fine and in fact beneficial for you guys to BD out of the fertile window, even every 2-4 days, just don't tire out hubby doing lots of attempts before the fertile window opens, is all.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I know that SA are not the be all and end all - and that just one month can yield polar opposite results - sigh - I just feel that was one way to gage hubby's state of affairs so to speak LOL
I still need to see my specialist re my endometriosis - so if the subject is raised, etc, will envisage it - otherwise, won't fret and focus on what I can work on ^^
Definitely wouldn't want to wear him out - which is also why I am working on a simili SMEP right now - to see how much is too much etc - also, don't want him to feel added pressure to perform once we are TTC - so would love to fall into a 2-4 days pattern naturally now, so that when the time comes, he will feel like it is business as usual, and less pressure to suddenly deliver :P Gosh when we first met we were a 1-2 times a day couple lol
Over the years it became 1-2 a week...fortunately since my cycles returned, so did my libido and it's every 2-3 days on average without effort ^^
PS: Shame it takes so long to get an avocado tree up and running, because they thrive here - don't have 6-10 years to wait so will have to buy them- had I know I would have planted one when we got the house 7+ years ago haha I am just eating a fair few atm because they are in season and cheap ^^Lucky Mummy to 4 sweet divas

I successfully had my girl nearly 3 years ago thanks to an awesome plan from atomic. I have just started on Ozempic to try and lose some weight due to PCOS and it’s working well. Does anyone...
