proteine and swaying girl?
How important is it to reduce proteine?
I am a vegetarian, but i love diary.
I eat a lot of eggs and milk and peanut butter.
I see in the pink dust topic that a lot of girls were eating cheese or meet, or ice cream and milk.
Is it important to skip the eggs an peanutbutter?
I'm eating the 16/8 method. 16 till 18 hours not eating en 6 till 8 hours eating. I lost weight the last 6 months.
i don't eat nuts.
i don't eat sugar.
skipping breakfast
don't do any exercise, i'm really lazy

Swaying Advice Coach
You can have 40-50 g protein on the standard LE Diet and 50-60 g protein on the alternate PCOS-type LE Diet. Do NOT count protein (or fat) in fruits and vegetables. And don't count anything in low carb vegetables, they're free and unlimited.
You can have eggs, peanut butter, dairy, beans, nuts, and even small amount of meat on the LE Diet. Just stick within the amount of allowed protein.
