Tips for staying on LE during cruise?
So I'm going on a cruise and will be getting back one week before I should ovulate in my first attempt cycle. Any tips for staying LE on the cruise? I know Atomic has said everything feels like a treat on vacation so it's easier than you think. But specifically on a cruise it's a lot of eating lots of good food and drinking lots. There will be a lot of walking, so that's good. I want to just eat whatever I want but I don't want to undo the previous 3 months of diet, especially so close to our attempt. But maybe cheating a little and being relaxed will help with my sway?

It is time on diet that matters. EVen coming up to a sway it's fine to have some cheats. I think you're going to do just fine (and don't worry about the drinking at all, alcohol is of course allowed for most people on LE Diet.) Our results have shown very clearly that people on diet 2-4 weeks (both pink and blue) even when they were very strict had poor results so it just cannot be the case that anything we eat for a few days to a week can matter at all.
We have had LOTS of girls conceived during/right after vacations (all the people had the same worries you did about diet too BTW!) so much so that I wish I would have known to track it!!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Okay that makes me feel better. I did think about that.. If one week could make that much of a difference then we could just do the diet for one week! So I'll try to eat light especially for breakfast... Try to not eat too much between meals. What do you think I should watch more... Fat or protein? Like go for more pasta dishes that will be less protein but likely more fat? Or go lean protein that will be less fat? Or alternate days?

I think you should just eat what you want and not worry about making up a complicated set of control freakish rules that may undermine your sway for no benefit. Just try not to think about what you're eating that much. Skip between meals eating when you can, breakfast just have something light, and the rest of the time eat what you want. If you want to try to eat mostly vegetarian/fish/shellfish meals that's ok, but if you can't do that, I really do not think it's at all a dealbreaker.

I successfully had my girl nearly 3 years ago thanks to an awesome plan from atomic. I have just started on Ozempic to try and lose some weight due to PCOS and it’s working well. Does anyone...
