Lifting weights and testosterone
Hi there - I have personal trainer and am doing light weights 3kg dumbells with an 8kg kettle bell.
I know doing cardio is meant to be better for a girl sway but wanted to ask if I should fully switch to cardio? Do light weights increase your testosterone enough to sway blue?

The truth is, we don't totally know. We assume weights sway blue, but a lot of people need the light weights to get their heart rate up for a pink sway, and we've still gotten lots of girls conceived provided that the moms have lost at least a little weight on a lower protein, lower cal diet.
