    question

    Does anyone know what way kale on flour tortillas would sway. I eat this for meals quite often. At times I add a small amount of chicken breast. I don't like milk and I drink mostly water

    foods in and of themselves don't matter, it's the overall nutrient content of your diet, particularly in terms of protein, fat, and cals (none of which kale has much of). It's fine for you to keep on eating that!

    You don't need to drink milk to TTC a girl - that's been debunked.
