Oh woops I didn't even think of that... I checked the label of his Centrum Men 50+ and it has 300ug of folic acid. So he's actually been on a higher daily dose than I realised! Shall I wean him off the extra folic acid or add on the 400mg Folate instead? I don't mind him taking extra (look at me speaking for him, haha) if it gives us a better chance. Folate and folic acid are both on the cheaper end anyway
Also I was looking at new Carnitine tablets (can you tell I'm on a supplement-buying rampage?!) and was wondering if this one looked any good? I've copied out nutritional info:
Vit D3 - 400iu
Riboflavin (Vit B2) - 0.7mg
Niacin (Vit B3) - 8mg
Vit B6 - 0.7mg
Biotin - 25ug
Chromium - 40ug
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate - 1100mg
The link is: https://www.amazon.co.uk/L-Carnitine...NsaWNrPXRydWU=
Just wanted to ask as I remember you advising others to avoid anything with too much of other stuff in it... and this is a wee bit over the 1000mg a day he's been taking xx

I would just wean him off of it. Men don't need the additional folic acid/folate since they won't be pregnant.
No that's all fine. The other stuff is a pretty low dose, so adding onto his normal vitamin is not a big deal.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks so much for letting me know 👍 saves me wasting my folate tablets on him lol!
And that’s great, I’ll add the new Carnitine to my order 😊 thank you so much again for answering all my questions, you’ve really been here for me this year… it means a lot xx

My pleasure I hope you’re doing well Atomic - I just had one more question about breakfast/food. I’m currently eating 3 spoons of oat bran + 2 spoons of oats with full fat milk, plus nuts, plus fruit, for breakfast. Is this boy friendly? It’s certainly very filling but I realised I never read anything about oat bran before on here…
Thanks ✨ xx

Oat bran is quite high in fiber, which can absorb nutrients. I'd probably just go with the oats alone, but I doubt it really causes any harm

Hey Atomic, I hope you’re well. Unfortunately I have a sinus infection I can’t taste or smell a thing! Which is making eating more really really difficult (I currently have zero appetite- at any other time this would be a great way to lose some weight!).
I’ve requested a course of antibiotics from my doctors and wondering if this will mess with my sway at all? And if so, what I could do to combat it?
I’m so annoyed this has happened and it’s definitely led to me eating less / not having my snacks, but I’m still trying to mix protein and carbs as often as I can…
Should have kept washing my hands 🤦🏻*♀️
Thanks 😊 xx

2 weeks before. Keep in mind that many people think they actually sway blue and WANT to be on them for their sway. OPK are fallible. We use them because it's the best technology we have, but...
