I've been doing every 72hrs.
Last BD was last night.
I got a "high" OPK this morning but was cramping so checked again with held urine in the afternoon and it came back as "peak", this peak was confirmed with 2 other different brand tests.
So with BD last night (thurs) , peak today(Fri) should I still do BD on Sunday or no need?

You need to continue with the e4d until you are certain beyond certain you've ovulated.
One peak reading on an OPK does NOT confirm you've ovulated. You can have a surge and then your body decides not to ovulate for a while. In some cases you'll then surge again and ovulate, and this can take even 2-3 surges before O actually happens.
Keep going with e4d at least a couple more go-rounds.

Great thanks @atomic sagebrush
I just checked again this morning with two separate tests and still in Peak.
I am suppose to BD approx 8:30pm (72hrs) tomorrow night. Can we BD a few hours earlier to get closer to ovulation or just stick to the 72hrs?

The number of hours don't matter. It's just how you count the DAYS. So you can absolutely BD earlier that day, it does not have to be to the hour at all. Another way to think of it is "Monday/Thursday" pattern - not those days per se but that is how you count the days.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
