I would stop it, yes. But if you are a big believer in pH, I know some people take it thinking it helps with pH. Your choice.
So, the only pill i'll take is CaMg supp? Anything else, Atomic?

I can't specifically make recommendations to people without a sway plan since I don't know your full medical history but most people take folic acid or folate (this doesn't sway, just is good for a healthy pregnancy) and a fiber supplement with any meals containing fat (if you're not eating fat with your meal you can skip the fiber)
Since you have high testosterone we may want to add in a supplement called myoinositol, but I need more info first...what is your BMI? Are you on any other medication (including stuff that is NOT for swaying)? Any health issues?
Here's my essay in which I outlay the case against pH and swaying. https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...ph-pickle.html Whether you believe in vaginal pH for swaying or not, the truth is there's NO WAY that supplements you take or foods you eat affect the pH of your body. If your pH goes out of a very small range, you will die. All those people who claim your body is 'acidic' or 'alkaline' based on your diet or on supplements are not being truthful about that.
The best study ever done on maternal preconception diet and gender conceived, in fact the ONLY study ever done in someone who wasn't selling a gender swaying diet they were trying to prove correct, found that all nutrients across the boards were associated with more boys conceived. Even things like Vitamin C and cal-mag. So while I do allow people to take those three things if they really believe in them, I don't personally think they sway pink and probably sway blue.
I got my 3rd and 4th boy taking Vit. C and cal-mag and gave them up to get my girl. But it's your sway, your way, you can decide what you want to use, but just that I don't happen to recommend them.
Ok-gone. Ill take no pills.

Whichever you're in the mood for within the limits. If you're wanting milk, have milk, if you want orange juice, have that instead. The key to sticking to the diet is giving yourself the flexibility to have what you are craving rather than eating the same thing over and over again.
But is doing this til February11ish long enough?
