Sorry, I only just now saw this. We had our national holiday so I took Friday off, and worked very early on Thursday.
You can have those things in the limits of the diet. They are all allowed within the limits. Any warnings from me you read about any foods are based on the people who refuse to do limits and only eat magic foods.
All foods are allowed on LE Diet. On the LE PCOS diet there are some limitations (like skim dairy, white refined grains, and sugar) but you can have nuts, seeds, legumes.
That site promotes the mineral diet and not the Low Everything Diet. I'm sure you can find some good recipes there (though it didn't look like they had a whole lot) but it won't be in line with the LE Diet, nor is it compatible with the PCOS-type of alternate diet you need to follow because of your high testosterone. For instance, they used lowfat dairy, which is terrible for anyone with high testosterone. Full fat dairy ONLY for you.
Now, as for drinking milk, NO, you do NOT need to drink milk. There is nothing magically boy producing about milk. The claims of the mineral diets are based on animals that do not even reproduce in the same way people do. The best study ever done on maternal preconception diet and gender conceived found that women who had the most boys had higher intake of ALL nutrients than those who conceived girls (and dairy is LOADED with nutrients) Most of us on here, myself very much included, got BOYS doing those mineral diets. I got my girl with the lowest dairy intake for myself and my husband we'd ever had. So while you can have some dairy foods within the limits of the diet (as long as they're full fat) you shouldn't force yourself to drink milk. The science just isn't there in support of the notion that milk sways pink, and in fact points the opposite direction...since 75% of people on Earth are lactose intolerant, and most cultures don't even have dairy foods, it's IMPOSSIBLE that drinking a massive amount of milk is in any way a prerequisite for having a daughter.
Thank you[emoji3590]
