While we get best results with 12 weeks or more on diet we have good results with anything longer than 8 weeks. Plus, you may not even get pregnant that first month anyway.

You know I always have an end of day question for you. Well today's no different: what were your major differences when you were conceiving/ carring your girl vs your boys? What did you eat different?

Since you have high testosterone we may want to add in a supplement called myoinositol, but I need more info first...what is your BMI? Are you on any other medication (including stuff that is NOT for swaying)? Any health issues?
Im 5foot 3.5" and 111lbs now. I actually went below 118lbs on this new diet. Up until September 2020: i loved eating burgers and desserts, and anything on the "boy diet"always staying at 118lbs...im not on any medication, but ill def start folic acid. My husband watches our boys so i can do at least 1hour of elliptical

I strongly suggest you follow the type of diet as laid out in the first page of this thread we're in, though. I don't have PCOS or high testosterone and so the types of diet that I followed would not be right for you.

If you have high testosterone you have tendencies towards PCOS, and would get it eventually if your lifestyle supported it strongly enough.

I originally used this diet just for those with full blown PCOS but over time we have used it for more and more people. We have better results with it by far than the standard sway diet and I'd honestly use it for everyone if I could. But many people lose too much weight on this, or hate the foods and won't stick to the diet.

Please use the type of sway diet in the first page of this thread. That will be your best chance.

Ok. You're below my cutoff for not losing any more weight so please try to hold steady where you are. I won't suggest myoinositol for you due to your low weight.
