2.Double filter, rich
3.Rich Hazelnut (this one has an artificial sweetener: acesulfame-potassium) only 2calories/whole mug
All okay? With a drop of 3% drinking milk. Or black best?

As long as they have no added sugar they're fine. artificial sweetener is ok.
I drank regular old cheap coffee with whole milk. You can use cream, though. The only thing you need to do is avoid skim dairy and any of the carby milk replacers like rice milk.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Can u send me the link to Le Diet? Is Vegetable Stock better than tomatoes? More vegetables is better than more turkey? Ie: cabbage, beans peas broccoli, lentils, all colored peppers.,and cauliflower, right?

But ill eat less if i can have more meat than vegtables so isnt eating the least amt of food best? So, i should stick to more meat, if in the end-i eat less food, right?

You are IN the thread with the form of LE Diet I want you to follow already. Here's a link to the first page and you'll see a couple of options for the diet a few posts from the top of this. But this link is the exact thread we are already chatting in.

if you want, I can give you the link to the standard LE Diet, but I do not want you on that type of sway diet because you have high testosterone. Your best chance will be, as we discussed, 1500-1800 cals, 50-60 g protein and fat, whole grains only, no sugar, full fat dairy only no skim. That's the type of diet I want you on.
If at all possible, you need to get out of the "eat this, not that" type of diet mentality. There are no magic foods. You can have vegetable stock. You can have tomatoes. Vegetables are not better or worse than turkey, they can both be a part of your diet within the limits. Some people keep eating turkey to get a bit of protein, others don't.
Low carb veg (cabbage, broccoli, peppers, cauliflower, raw tomatoes) are free and unlimited, no need to count them.
Higher carb veg (potatoes, cooked tomatoes, yams/sweet potato, beetroot) and fruit you count calories only, no fat or protein.
But things like peas, beans, and lentils have a lot of protein. So you do count protein for those, and calories, but no fat (because they really don't have any on their own).!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
