I can't give people suggestions for supplements without a custom plan, there's just too many variables. In my signature is a link to the Complete Index that has descriptions of lots of different swaying supps and who can/can't take them. :)

Hi. This always confused me....how do you get enough calories per dah only having 2 meals? Also, having low carb diet. I have 3 meals all of which are high carb (always white carbs) making sure I stay within limits. Couldn't reach my calories of 1200-1500 without carbs and on only 2 meals!!!is this still ok?
Either 2 or 3 meals are both acceptable. Some people prefer 2, others 3. I always had 3.
Twizzle, most people swaying pink should be eating 1500-1800 cals a day. Some even go up to 1800-2000 (WAY more than those eating 1200-1500!) Please doublecheck your plan to see what cal intake I recommended for you.
