IVF- Best grade embryos mostly BOYS??
Hi to everyone!
Excuse for my english, I am not an english native speaker, hope I make myself understood..
I am curious about something I´ve heard, they say that the fastesst ad best qualities embryos are usually boys. In my case that is true, I got an expanded day 5 embryo (4AA) and now is my 3 years-boy. Other cases I know it´s the same, the expanded blasts grade A have resulted in boys.. Now I have another frozen 4AA waiting for me and I would like to know if I should have hope for a girl
Anyone has had GIRL with a very good looking embryo??

Yes, of course you can have girls with great quality embryos! I've done 2 ivf cycles and my XY and XX embryos have all been similar quality. There is no scientific proof that XY embryos are higher quality or significantly faster growing than XX embryos. You can only determine embryo gender by chromosomal testing (PGS/PGD); you cannot tell gender based on how an embryo looks or its speed of development.
