Just submitted my questionnaire(and paid)...
Hi so sorry if this is a duplicate question. I submitted my questionnaire(and paid) and I'm just wondering where I go to look for my personalized plan? I believe i read it would be e-mailed to me but just want to make sure. Also, I have a few things to add to it(I forgot to mention I have a VERY bad allergy to aspertame! So fake sugars are out for me). Should I send a private message?
thanks!!

You should be able to view your completed questionnaires in the Completed Questionnaires Forum now. There will be a thread created for each that you completed. You may reply to those threads with any additional information you wish to add.
You will receive a PM once your plan is finished with instructions about how to download it. Give us a few days to go over your info and create your plan. They are all customized so it takes a few days to create it!Mom to
